Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened supplement bottles cannot be returned unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
